I was recently elected to a Home Owners Association (HOA). I have also seen first hand a community that repudiated the former leadership group. As such it was important to establish a strong relationship with the property manager Paragon Management. The first focus of the new board was to meet with Cabe Kline, the individual manager assigned to our community. The goal was to understand first-hand the lines of responsibility of the HOA and the property manager.
The new board found a strong commitment from our partner Paragon Management and in particular Cabe Kline, the property manager assigned to our community. Over the past four months we have utilized the expertise of Cabe and Paragon to move a number of projects forward. We developed new processes to expedite and be more efficient in handling issues that arise in the natural course of daily activity.
In utilizing Paragon for the daily issues that arise it has freed the board to be more focused on forward thinking projects.

For the last three and a half years I have lived in the Wyndemere Condiminium Community located in Middletown. I have also been a member of the Homeowner Association Board since its inception in 2005. During that time I have had the opportunity to work with all the levels of their organization. They have provided our community with guidance when needed, and handled many different areas such as our financial reports, fielding quotes for services, handling financial transactions, fielding complaints from our residents, publishing our newsletter, special notice mailings, and have represented our community in several other types of transactions.
