Due to the extremely high volume, time-sensitive nature, and varying documentation requirements, our team is not able to assist with document requests. All requests must be handled by our vendor, HomeWisedocs, with the staff and expertise to efficiently handle these demands while ensuring full HOA compliance.

Who is Responsible for Ordering:
Typically, the seller or seller’s representative provides the seller’s certificate, and the buyer or buyer’s mortgage company obtains the lender questionnaire. The party placing the order will be responsible for payment.

Homeowners, Realtors, and Mortgage Agents can create an account on HomeWisedocs.com by visiting their site and selecting “SIGN UP.” If you’re working with a real estate or lending agent, check to see if they already have an account with HomeWise, as it’s the preferred vendor for most Homeowner’s Associations.
